<image:caption>Tenant improvement for 4-story 80,000 square foot office building. As the team’s Creative Producer, I managed the design process at the intersection of architecture and brand design, from concept design through install. The design brief was influenced by Nike’s APLA Team, the new tenants of the space. The functional needs of the space revolved around various working needs : flexible desk space, collaboration areas, small, medium and large conference rooms, and a space for teams to host off-sites and presentations. Layered Brand storytelling around the building gives the space a fresh, vibrant energy as well as a special unique identity for the resident teams. Bold Brand graphic elements stand out against the otherwise clean, modern architecture. Edgy graphic typeface selections elevate otherwise merely functional way finding.</image:caption>

<image:caption>As the Project Manager, I managed the design process, approvals, prototyping, production, and installation of Nike Sustainability and Innovation Exhibit located in Steve Prefontaine Hall on Nike’s World Campus. Two internal Nike teams collaborated to bring this exhibit to life; Workplace Design + Connectivity (WD+C) and Sustainable Business and Innovation (SB+I.) I acted as the conduit between the two groups, gathering content and assets from SB+I, while managing the exhibit design process. The exhibit’s premier feature was an installation of recycled Flyknit material, equaling 100 miles of string, suspended through a false ceiling. As the producer, I worked closely with the Production and Install agency to validate the design and execution through all junctures of prototyping, production, and install. Along with the Creative Director, we ensured that users would move through the exhibit in a coherent manner, while receiving the full story being told. Information was delivered in both an active manner (small exhibits with touch and feel elements) as well as a passive manner (tonal-colored statistics stenciled on walls that could also read as textural.) The exhibit was open to the public and remained for 8 months.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Part of a talented team that renovated Nike’s headquarters for the SNKRS App Digital Team, located in Manhattan’s Seaport District. As the project’s Creative Producer, I managed the Brand Design process from concept through production and install. This required consistent orchestration and communication between the architect of record, the Brand Design Agency, and Nike’s internal project members. The design of each space type within the office was highly intentional, based on the type of work and behaviors to be performed in each area. An important aspect of the project’s brief was to tell a cohesive and relevant story throughout the space: one rich in history of Nike in New York City, of the start-up mentality of the SNKRS app, and the opportunities of the future. Strong Brand identity throughout the space gave the office the unmistakable identity of the SNKRS team. Spent two weeks onsite through project completion to ensure the install matched Nike’s expected quality, and that the design execution matched the initial design intent.</image:caption>

On the floors below, designers adjust and test product and apparel to continually improve and evolve performance. The space honors HAY’s two distinct spirits: the calm, quiet of the brand’s Danish design roots, and the dynamic, playful energy that HAY is known for. With this duality, guests encounter two distinct spatial experiences under one roof. As the first graduate term project of ArtCenter’s Spatial Experience Design program, the resulting body of work included full understanding of the brand’s identity and DNA, mapping the user journey and experience, and representing design all elements digitally (Rhino + Twin Motion, floor plan, section, and axonometric views) and by building three physical models at different scales.</image:caption>

      <image:title>About</image:title>
<image:caption>I am a spatial experience designer, creative producer, and project manager who balances left and right brained-thinking to create compelling spatial experiences. I am thoughtful and measured, and believe that storytelling should be the starting point for all design, with consideration of even the most minute details. Before receiving my Masters of Science in Environmental Design from ArtCenter College of Design, I managed creative teams and processes - most recently, at Nike's World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. Prior to that, I spent my undergraduate years balancing my Bachelor’s In Science degree and performing as a Division I Swimmer. My creative process is an extension of my daily life. When not designing, you can find me swimming, surfing, skiing, traveling, or exploring art and design exhibitions.</image:caption>
