Tenant improvement for 4-story 80,000 square foot office building. As the team’s Creative Producer, I managed the design process at the intersection of architecture and brand design, from concept design through install. The design brief was influenced by Nike’s APLA Team, the new tenants of the space. The functional needs of the space revolved around various working needs : flexible desk space, collaboration areas, small, medium and large conference rooms, and a space for teams to host off-sites and presentations.
Layered Brand storytelling around the building gives the space a fresh, vibrant energy as well as a special unique identity for the resident teams. Bold Brand graphic elements stand out against the otherwise clean, modern architecture. Edgy graphic typeface selections elevate otherwise merely functional way finding.
